Anyone know of a good home based business to get int? . I had a topic on Melaleuca and found out from all the comments that it wasn't what I want to get involved in. I need to do some type of home based business due to disability situation, I am handicapped and not able to be on the job market anymore so would appreciate any help or ideas at all. The idea of working at home is good cyberwise if I could just get connected with the right company. I don't want to do any mlm (multilevel marketing) as I am basically a loner and not all that friendly unless I really get to know you.I want to get paid for the amount of work that I do. X amount of work, then x amount of pay for it. I am not in the recruitment type of work thing. Please let me know if any of you out there have an ideas that may be of help to me. My wife thought about stuffing envelopes but I believe that is some kind of scam also or at least that is what I have heard.

Your comments and help will be greatly appreciated, and will be of a great help to me. Thank all of you in advance.

I've asked this on here before, but if you have a really good, unique idea... you don't tend to share it with everyone on the internet! hehe

On the other hand, if it's some crappy multi level marketing rip off, they will try every which way to tell everyone about it.

I think the key is finding a niche market, maybe utilising something you have, even if that be your time and energies, that is not easy for other people to replicate.

I don't know of any "work-from-home" things on the net that AREN'T ripoffs, but I run a home based business based on years I spent in my field. Before you were disabled, what sort of work did you do? Maybe you could find a blogging job for a blog about that field of interest, or moderate an about.com area.

In other words, if you were a plumber, you could blog about the plumbing field and run plumbing.about.com. (not sure if this exists) Both would be paid positions, and both would be home-based.

    Just my two cents.

Give me a starting point and I'll do some searching fer ya!
