i took the advice given to me about my 'after life' it has helped a little bit. i once sat down with my uncle, he is a JW, on this very subject, and he brought me to scriptures but never answered my questions. i am now in college talking a religious course and i am learning new things about what he believes. all i come out with are more questions for him. is it okay to have so many unanswered 'holes'?
advice taken, now what?

Yes, it is okay to have unanswered questions - especially on this topic. I see you did not get all the answers from your JW uncle. He just showed you scriptures which is all he could do. There is no definitive answer to this question. Besides, JWs do not believe in an after-life. They believe when you die you are non-existent with only the hope of a resurrection. Personally, I do not know what I believe since nothing can be proven.
The topic of after-life will always be open to speculation. The only way we will have a definitive answer is to have somebody in modern times actually die and come back and tell us.

Not only is it okay to have unanswered "holes", believe it or not, there comes a point where it feels wonderful. It really is okay to admit that we don't have all the answers and we don't have to pretend that we do.
