Who puts them up there and why? What doeas the "i" mean? And the "?" ?. And the thumbs up or down does it mean that whoever put it there likes or dislikes the post? And the flame, does it mean hot or contoversial? Does the number of replies make it hot? Just wondering....

When you make a post at the top of your page is this:
None
You can click into one of the icons and it will draw the appropriate attention to the thread.
