    I'm sure I could buy it online.
    I'd prefer to borrow it if possible.

    Here are some used copies if you can't borrow one. I buy used books all the time--good value.

    I have three copies - 1983, 1992 and 2004 versions. I will be happy to give you the 1983 version if you want it. You can also borrow the 1992 version. I don 't know how much change there is in the 3 books but I keep meaning to read the 2004 version. Just haven't gotten to it yet. If you want, send me a PM with your mailing address & I'll put them in the mail on Monday.
