I sent a scan to someone awhile back so someone has it, the US one anyway. By 'image'' you mean the whole 4 page thing right? It was someone with a anti jw site, Reexamine maybe?

Thks for the welcome. I was a bit intimidated to write. But I wanted to see what everyone else is signing. Whether it is the same for everybody. I don't understand why the fractions aren't listed that are allowed.
