Broke his big toe and tore the ligament over the bone of his toe at church yesterday. He was playing some sort of ball with his shoes off on a mat, went to kick the ball but kicked his foot into the floor. His toe wouldn't stop bleeding so his father took him to the hospital and just called me. Now the kid will have to have surgery on that toe.

Sorry to hear that. My daughter broke her finger in a freak accident last year and is still having trouble with it. Although it is a little crooked, the Dr. does not want to do surgery for it may make it worse. Poor fellow, that must really be sore. Lilly

Oh my, I just got kinda ill reading that. I know my kids have pulled of some dangerous and gross accidents and each time I get this sick feeling. I hope he heals quickly. I am sorry hon.

Thanks everyone. I haven't been able to reply cuz hubby has been hogging the computer.
Update on my boy: He's doing good. Had the operation last Wednesday. Got a cast on his leg. Went back to school Friday and came home upset cuz he has a lot of homework, lol.
