Here's one that's just as good. If the scriptures set the qualifications for appointment, and "holy spirit" appoints brothers through the governing body, then the "holy spirit" can't tell whether the brothers are qualified or not because over and over again - we find that appointed brothers live double lives and are complete fakes. So the governing body has no "holy spirit". How do ya like me now?

If FDS openly confesses they are not inspired of God and have direct communication with Him then why do they force people to view the FDS as if what they say, is from God and DF anyone that does not agree with them.

If we are to understand "abstain" from blood as including all methods of taking in blood, then accepting fractions breaks the command to "abstain" from blood. Either the interpretation of "abstain" is too broad or taking fractions is against God's requirements. You can't have both. Logic 101.

This is the way most JW's view things....A > B so B > A. Think about it, you see it all the time with them.
