How do you decode .pub files in rs_data_e folder of Watchtower Library?
I want to extract not only a plain text but also relations of the footnotes links.
(I am not good at English. )

Yes! I want to decode texts , footnotes and both relations of Rbi8 Bible. Probably, they are being enciphered.
