  The letter read in all the congregations about the "dangers" of My Space and chat groups is followed up by this article in the Mar 2007 AWAKE obviously aimed at scaring dubby parents enough to keep a vigilante eye on their teens. Like they really care about exposing teens to pervs.....Its all about hiding the fact that they've always been full of crap....and on that note, here's the article:

  I feel that it is dangerous out there for children and teenagers. There are predators online. I worked for some time with the state agency that monitors such things. I was astonished. I believe that loving parents will take precautions and protect their family. Because this is an Awake article, there tends to be less focus on "apostates" as in WT articles or KMs.

  Yes, there is danger on the internet for our children and good parents will be careful what there children are exposed to. But ex-JW "apostates" are the least of a parent's worries.

  It's kinda funny you put that link out there. Because today when i was at my parents place (where i don't go often since they are active jws.) They happened to throw that article in front of my face about the online shit. And i read 2 lines of it. And i couldn't help to think like.... Wow, this information is truly mind controlling and brainwashing.
