  Would this not fall into the category of public info? Is it accessible anywhere online or must an inquirer submit his request to the UN in writing?

  I have already got it from the UN and the other 2 forms. I have sent it to dungbeetle.

  I have asked dungbeetle to send the forms to Kent and other internet people so that they can be loaded up on an internet site so all can see. So please don't bomb dungbeetle's Email.
