GPS coordinates for God needed...please help

Kate Santa just got me a GPS-finder...way cool!

Also, the CO called me last month, inquiring about my "spiritual status," including my prayer life.

I told him: "Bob, I've prayed to Jehovah at least 200,000 times in my life, and he has never once verbally acknowledged my efforts to communicate with him. Even my own human father hasn't been so incommunicative. So I figure that means that God doesn't want to talk with me right now. When and if he does, I'll be glad to listen; from now on, I'll leave it up to him to initiate the conversation."

Bob said: "Maybe he's talking to you right now." (read: "Maybe my voice as the CO is His voice.")

So, GPS coordinates would be a good starting place to identify wherefrom such communications are forthcoming! Could it be that God is riding on the shoulders of the CO?!!! If so, I can locate Him.

PS: I don't think the Pleaides are included in the GPS system.

So God is masquerading as Bob the CO. Is he Bob Almighty?

    Hey, you ever go Geocaching?

BTW, maybe god is on his shoulders, if so everything the CO says is right. Then again..............

Hiya blondie! How's life been treatin' ya? (btw, you have wayyyyyyyyyy many more posts on JWD than I do...I'll have to see what I can do to get you cut down to sumthin like, er, let's say, 3,000 posts. Will that do? LOL )

nng: Hello! No, I haven't done any cacheing...I just got this here dol-gurn thing, eh? I'll let you know when I can finally get the coords for my rear end.

An update or two might be in order:

    1) I've been taking care of some health things: much needed, way overdue;

    2) I've been working on a project that will be my "legacy" to the exJW world...approx 25,000 pages of proof-reading involved (yeah, you read that number right )

As for this topic: It was interesting that Bob left me a whole 2 voice-messages before he said (in his 3rd one) that maybe I didn't want to talk with him.

I have his cellphone #...I think those have GPS locator signals, right?

    Hey onacruse!

Nice to see you back around again!

I've got some spare time. Need an editor? :)

hill, ya old fart--at least I have one leg that works right. LOL

Fact of the matter is, since I lived for the first half, and best half (physically speaking) of my life, in expectation of that impending Armageddon, I ignored most all of the most fundamental factors of self-care, and now must pay a price (though not so bad a price as if I'd stayed in that eschatological mindset).

tallP, thanks for the offer, but I wouldn't wish transcribing 20 years of Rutherford's crapola on any person I cared for...or even any person I didn't care for (well, maybe an exception here or there )

As for that CO: He's one of those JWs that reminds me a lot of me--I've no doubt that he means well, and, actually, insofar as one person can judge another, he seems like he really cares!...cares for me!...as a human being!>>but, it's all predicated on a very narrow perception of his reality...as testified to by his last voice-mail. Ahhh, how easily we could walk away, shaking our heads, convinced in "the truth" we had that those who failed to listen just didn't want to hear.

Which made me think today: The Bible makes it clear that Jesus, as Logos, is the Word of God...but it's always a human, and thence a group of humans, that insist that they are the Voice of God.

You should have listened to the co, he's the god of his own complex.

    Abandoned:

Name well chosen, for a snow-bound ice-headed Minnesotan.

Jedi are ye? Then mayhaps ye can provide me with the proper coordinates? Otherwise, be damned with ye, to hell, and burn (and be warm, but with mosquitoes in your nose).

    Hiya Craig

Sounds like things are going well for you, hows Kate? Sounds like you've been keeping busy.

I returned to the board a couple months ago but hadn't seen you around, I was wondering what happened to you and the missus.

You remember the big hairy guy I brought to the meet-up with me? We got married and retired and moved to Washington.. and are proceeding to live happily ever after

Heck, it's been so long, maybe I should ask if you remember me????
