Starting a new location with more money. My partner is totally upset and angry that I am going somewhere else.
I am looking forward to not being verbally abused and not working with him is that wrong? I am not sure someone will hire him as he is very vulgar with his mouth but is really nice when you get to know him. What shall I do Any suggestions.

Unless you like being verbally abused why would that be wrong... I've know married couples that have been verbally abused for over 30 years and yet saw no need to exit the situation......

We are here for you. You know in your heart what is best for you, follow it. I don't know enough about your situation to give detailed advice. I do know you have been through some realy rough times lately and sometimes making a change can help you deal with things.

Was it the job that you hated or working with him? Cause if HE is the one verbally abusing you, I think you need to do more than get a new job! Life is too short! And too many people love you.

Ending a relationship is no easy thing, abusive or otherwise...bottom line, do what's in your best interest.
Hambeak, your heart is large. It's the way you are made, so you can't help it. If someone gets mad at you, you figure you must have done something wrong. We had a lovely dog like that, a white german shepherd/lab mix. If anyone yelled in our house, she'd creep around, tail down. She figured if there was any yelling, it had to be her fault. Sometimes her soulful body language would shake us out of our funk.
You made the right decision, and someone got mad. That didn't change the rightness of your decision.
