put the link in Goggle and it will take you to the link. I tried to do it directly but it gave me the same link as posted above.
Some of the links on the page will take you to http://www.heraldmag.org/olb/contents/history.htm
Other links will take you to reexamine.com
The file I posted parts of re the 1906 convention and Rusell's comments regarding the selling of his books are on the heraldmag site. You have to hunt around for things on that site and open the files with the magnifying glass icon (the disc icon takes you to the same article but they are *.exe programs and require their special program to read the file)
