Thats very sad news. Those poor little babies have never had a chance since the moment they were concieved,being born into a dub family.

I wonder if this will make the news.
It would be a mistake to say right now that the child died from not receiving a blood transfusion because the information isn't there.
There are many other reasons why a premature baby might die, not to defend the jw's of course.
So will just have to wait and see what information we can gather......

How sad. The parents are under much stress .I am sure .first from the news about their religion. then from the congregation,then from watching there flesh & blood slip away. I am sure they were praying to Jehovah. We must keep them in prayer or thoughts !or what ever you do to extend LOVE vibes.

What a tragedy.
I seriously hope that the irony is not lost on anyone that the parents would not allow a "selective reduction" of embryos because of their Religious Beliefs™ to give at least some of the babies a better chance of survival, yet they will allow them to die for lack of blood [among the myriad of potentially life-threatening issues for premature babies of this gestation] also because of their Religious Beliefs™.
The refusal to allow selective reduction of the embryos was like pointing a gun at these babies. Refusing blood transfusions is like pulling the trigger.
