Former and inactive JW's now outnumber KH members

That is what I have started telling JW's I talk to and I have yet have one to question my bold statment.

It's no secret that many JW's are leaving, quitting and fading. Baptisms are way down. Young ones are leaving the KH in droves. --And then I add in all the other inactive JW's that nobody has been counting. Who are they? Well, the ones who died without seeing Armageddon!! That's who! Yes, that is an unconventional way of making a statistic work to my favor, but I learned how to do this from the best- The Watchtower Society School of Twisted Facts. When a JW dies he is just lumped in with all the rest of humanity that will get a resurrection in the New Order. He died a disappointed person without a fulfillment of a lifetime of preaching about the end of this system of things. They failed to cheat death and joined the rest of the dead. So, he is no longer an active JW anymore is he?

Just look at how many people go the the memorial every year. In the 1950's the number of people that attended who where not active JWs was quite small (just thousands). Compare that with the millions of millions that come to their memorial now. While there are people who come that are invited, the vast majority of pople are inactive ones. Add to all these inactive ones that actually go to the memorial with everybody who has actually left that will not go back ever and you may actually have more living inactive, disfelloshipped, faded, JWs than active.

I have wondered if there are more ex and inactive jws than active ones for some time, particularly in view of the memorial attendance figures in comparison to the active publisher figures. I doubt the wts would publicise this if they were in a position to do so, but they must be well aware of it, and I can only see it going one way from now on - a rise in the ex/inactive numbers, and a reduction in the active ones.

I don't know if that statement is correct or not, but when I look back on the families in my childhood KH about 75% of the children of DUBS are d\f or d\a.

    Brilliant, Moshe.

Maybe someone with some moulah should put ads in all the major papers, requesting that all former JWs help us with the stats. I'd bet quite a few would do it; although, certainly not all.

Would if be worth the expense to find out? I guess, if you have no real attachment to the results. The JWs would figure out how to use any such stat to their own advantage anyway; they usually do.

I'm not ready to count the dead into the numbers.
I would still say there are more people who learned the JW
way and rejected it, than those who accepted it.

That would include living DA and DF victims, those that
become inactive, and the huge number who studied with
JW's and never got baptized. Just think of all the kids
who grew up to reject the lifestyle w/o baptism.

The WTS is always proud of their Memorial numbers, but
we could say that there are millions who have not accepted
the JW lifestyle there, instead of saying "potential brothers
    and sisters" like they say.

You could add to your figures the amount of people who have studied with the JWs and leapt off the boat before baptism.

I think the real number is phenomenal as most people are able to smell the BS!

Who are they? Well, the ones who died without seeing Armageddon!! That's whoMOSHE SAID" mOSHE YOU ARE cruel , that's hitting below the belt. see it's not what you know ,it's how you use it! underhanded tactics allways make a jw cringe it's all in the delivery. you can't lose with that kind of attack. john

At least the general picture is right, people are leaving the org in droves and we hope that eventually this will reach a debilitating crisis point for the WTS. Their total inflexibility when it comes to making changes ensures that there will be plenty of painfully disappointed members.
