There are a few anti-JW boards out there. Do you have any others that you frequent besides this one? Any favorites? I am assuming that there are none on the internet that get the number of visits or have the large number of registered users that this one does. I am not saying that I will be cheating on this board by visiting another one, I was just curious...
Is this the best board for a "fader"?

I would say that this is the best board any fader could join. It is well moderated, and full of people who have a great deal of knowledge and experience of leaving the jws and the problems those leaving incur.
If there's a better board on the net than this one, I have yet to find it.

I have to agree with fullofdoubtnow (Linda) Billz. It is very well moderated and there are so many fine people here.
Some of the other boards are horrendous. Actually this board is the measuring stick for some to bring about another good forum. This I know for a fact. So you'd have to be the judge of that. I hope you stay w/us sharing updates with how your family is doing.

I've tried looking at a few others but I think this one is the best. The only problem (if can call it a problem !) is that it's so popular, the topics disappear too quickly.

Yes, this is the best board I've seen, as most posters are respectful of others' beliefs.
There's a variety here of both fun, light hearted chat, heated debate, deep research or you can just vent here if you are fed up.
Someone always listens here.
I agree with Twinkletoes, though, if you miss a day or two, you have to spend hours catching up on topics!!
It's a good sign that so many new ones are coming here. -

I attribute my successful fade to the things I read and learned here. It helped me to see that I was not alone. It is the most valuable resource for ex-dubs and faders on the planet.

I've checked out several other places. This board is my favorite. It contains a balance of biblical discussion which is directly related to be a jw, current events and helpful advice for leaving and helping loved ones leave.
This board saved my life.

If the fader still believes in God and some WT doctrine, this board might be a bit much. I know the irreverence here kept me away. I posted on e-watchman for a while. A good alternate is http://www.paradisecafediscussions.net/.
