I have this program for my PC to help me with dictating to the computer and that way I don't get anymore cramping in my hands and arms. It is very interesting but I need to speak to someone who is familiar with this .
anyone out there who could help me. I do use the tutorial. but still i get a little confused.

The one I had you had to speak very CLEARLY and you had to say all the punctuation as you would be reading it. It never worked completely the way I wanted it to so I just retrained myself in typing and really use the right hand and the pinky finger a lot if you know what I mean.

I have it and was stunned to find just how poor it really was - after reading hours of Dickens to it it was still quite unable to complete even a single sentence without making an error (rather like my typing but even slower.)
I really enjoy DS 8preferred. I have no problems with the microphone it types the sentences well for me. The only thing I wanted to know is it possible to use it like in here to post for example.
my thread I used DS but used notepad and then copy and pasted but it would be better if I can just do it in here without using notepad or micrsolf works, I use office 2.0
Helping me when I get confused it is good to know some of you are familiar with this program.
I think I stated why I needed to use it because of my hands cramping and spasms.
