My wife bought me a pool que stick for my birthday. My brother and I play a few games before we bowl on Mondays. The ones at the bowling alley aren't very good and most of them are damaged in some way. I probably still can't make good shot but I can't blame it on the bad que stick.

Don't have anything planned for today, just hope I survive until tomorrow.
I feel like I aged about 10 years this last year. I don't know why. I think my joints are going bad now. I've always been active, riding my bicycle, mowing the yard with a push mower, swimming etc. Sometimes it hurts now. I guess i've been lucky so far. It's really hard for me to think I'm 71 years old. In my mind I'm still 40.

Well maybe your joints just need some oiling Ken - you are not that old you know! In fact you're only as old as the cue tip you feel. You need to chalk up the cue tip regularly for it to be effective, and your joints need the same. Fish oils can be excellent for this as can increasing calcium intake if your nutritionist or doctor say its okay.
