My wife is going start exercising again so I am thinking about trying to get her to take a Pilates class or at least get a CD to work out with. Does anyone know if the Watchtower finds anything wrong with Pilates? I'm sure Yoga is right out although I did it as a JW but then again I did a lot of things they said you couldn't do if I felt there was nothing wrong with them. I'm sure they might say something like it will take valuable time from the door to door work that is a given but what I am wondering about is do they claim demons will get you or some garbage like that if you do Pilates.

Pilates is not mentioned specifically by the WTS. Most JWs I know have no problem with it.
Yoga has been directly condemned by the WTS in the poorly researched and biased Watchtower article, "Yoga--Just an Exercise or Something More?" (August 1, 2002, pg 20)
The irony is that pilates borrows many postures from yoga, as does physical therapy and even routine warm-ups.
Of course, the pilates name can be traced back to Pontius Pilate, the unwitting tool of Satan who was used to unfairly judge Jesus. This indicates that this form of physical exercise is actually a form of worship to the Devil himself...
