In other words, are you spontaneous and decide things abruptly without thinking too far ahead.
Do you ever take brutal decisive decisions that you could regret later?

JH, Yes I am a decider....(ala Bush.) ....I don't waffle and always way every outcome. On the other hand I have not been disappointed with my decisions as I have gotten older. Have I made brutal decisions....you betcha!
So do I regret later?... no, too much experience under my belt, .....so far anyway.

"Restraint is a better companion than regret"
I TRY to remember this but have slipped up many times.

Rarely, and in the words of ole blue eyes "regrets I've had a few, but then again too few to mention..."

Oh lordly no. Not me. I get a gut feeling about something and then agonize about why I shouldn't follow it
And at a soon-to-be 55 I think I've finally got it that when gut feeling comes that I should follow it

No hardly ever. The worst time to make any decision short of getting out of harms way is when you are in mid crisis and any decision that will effect yourself or anyone else involved should be thoroughly thought out before doing.
Spontaneity is for fun things, you hardly ever have regrets when you've done something fun on the spur of the moment.

I'm very decisive. I make a decision and never look back. I'm seldom if ever disappointed.
