  I hear those things are real oat guzzlers - depleting our resources while releasing tons of methane into the atmosphere every year.

  Snopes.com says the pic has been enhanced or altered but they did post a couple pics of mooses in harnesses. It can be done. That is one hell of a Photoshopping job.
