second day home sick on the couch with flu. ugh.

can't seem to get over the aches and fever.

so....after being able to catch up on JWD for the past two days ;) I've made myself a cup of tea with lots of honey and lemon juice and a good ol' shot of jack daniels. I'll soon be napping like a baby!

I hope nobody else has to get this....

Next November get a flu shot. It costs about $25, well worth the $$.

(((((freedomlover))))) When I feel something like that creeping up on me, I take cinnamon capsules (found at WalMart) and it all goes away within the hour. :)

Get yourself some Elderberry extract, 'Sambucol'. It is proven to reduce the length of time a cold or flu lasts. This is the first year that I;ve tried it on me and mine and I'm now sure that it works!
