Blondie has tried to lay out for me the implications of the varied and changing doctrines of the Witness Judgement Seat a few times. I think I get it and then about halfway through I start to glaze over. It's time I sorted it all out. The best way for me to break down a complex task is to draw a picture. I've drawn three. Here they are.
Help Draw Me a Picture ... The Witness Judgement Seat and Implications

The first picture describes, to the best of my knowledge, the current teaching. Jesus will do the "separating work" on the day of Armageddon. Those who "pass" remain on earth, the rest, the "goats", go to ghenna.
The second picture, pre-1995. The judgement started when Jesus arrived in 1918, and anyone who dies without becoming a Witness goes to ghenna.
The third, Russell's teaching. Judgement started in 1847, and the final separating work happened in 1918.
I take it that the implications of the change in 1995 is that there is no longer an urgency in the preaching work. Jehovah may resurrect anyone He chooses on paradise earth, and at THAT time they either "obey or die". I have this striking image of my cursing, cigar smoking father-in-law being reconstituted for one second. He'd spit tobacco on the ground and tell the elders to go Fxxx themselves. ZOT no more FIL. More charcoal for the brazier.
Do they get a thousand years of bible study before Jehovah strikes them dead?
If I'm wrong, can you fix my picture? I'd like to get this straight in my head once and for all.

I would really like to help you but the mental gymnastics required to comprehend this doctrinal 'tacking'™ is just too much for my simple mind to grasp.

I'd comment on the pictures but I don't understand them. Russell experienced evolution of thought like most of us but he stayed pretty nice in his predictions by comparison to the current Watch Tower Society. Russell wrote about a rapture and it was a wide inclusive gate. Russell also predicted the restoration of the Jews with an appreciation.
Rutherford was a politician who barely hid his Fascist ideas in a religion context. Basically Rutherford, Knorr, Franz, Henschel, and now Adams teach anybody not doing unpaid volunteer work for them is going to be murdered by Jesus as agent for Jehovah at Armageddon.
It's God's government, exclusively represented by them, against everybody else. The "everybody else" group represents Jesus' brother, Satan.
The absolutely worst way to go into Armageddon is alive. Dead people are gonna git a free pass. Live people are gonna git fried. -
