I just noticed that now I'm a JUNIOR, no longer a NEWBIE. When did that happen and how did I miss it???

I think you get the 'Junior' badge at 100 posts - though I forget for sure.

Kinda like movin' up from Microphone Handler to Microphone Handler Overseer, the change is somewhat imperceptible at first.
