1 for ex-jw related stuff
1 for spam, basically used for ebay and for friends/relatives who won't stop forwarding dumb pictures, jokes, etc.
1 for a handful of people who don't Spam me
1 for my charity

It's good that you are able to keep the different activities seperate though.
I have two - my main address (but hardly anyone ever emails me - most is from Amazon) and a hotmail one which I only use for messenger.

I am sitting here trying to think how many email accounts that I have?! Too many, I can't remember them all. I know that I have two AOL email acct, 2 yahoo/att accounts, music email accounts (I think 4?), I'm not working so don't have that, for lists that I belong too (that's too much! I dunno?)
I had/have one for "neckbreathers" for when I had a trach. I still check the group out every now and then!
