I might be looking for a place near Denver Co.... no more than 80 miles from the Brighton area. Must be zoned for horses... I dont mind small towns, ranchers or grasslands. Decent house a plus... fixer-uppers may work.

It's small but not too small... LOTS of acreages... and ALL the amenities... Not to mention real estate is a steal and growth is terrific.
It's gorgeous and we have 3 colleges in close proximity. We're only 35 minutes from Denver... 10 minutes from Fort Collins...
Did I say I LOVE IT? hehehe...
