I've been reading some of the "The best of" threads and I found 1 section particularly interesting and helpfull.
It's the "The Best of.....JanG recovery information", go to page 1 and there is a whole thread on various topics, may be helpful to those dealing with various issues when trying to or leaving this horrible cult.
