When we discuss scriptural teachings, Christian conduct, morals, ect... Why is Jehovah's Witnesses considered the measuring stick or the bar to beat or meet?
Why not the Bible, why not another religion? Why is Jehovah and Christ looked at through the Witnesses eyes or perceived representation?
Just wondering why we keep on measuring everything to the bar that they have set.

i do that because i know nothing else. i know the jehovahs witnesses - everything else is far away.
i cant measure on someone i do not know. as long as i measure at all.
why do all americans measure in inches and foot? because they dont know much about meters =D

my reply when talking to jw's is that my standards for god and truth are much HIGHER THAN that of the jw's that's why i'm not a jw. and let it flow from there. try it some time. it works wonders. as long as you know your topics.
