In the bottom half of paragraph one "The Biblical World" on this page by "Harris Franklin Rall" 1919, there is mention of "Why Not Russellism" so Why Not Russellism had to have been published in 1919 or before. Premillennialism: II. Premillennialism and the Bible
    Harris Franklin Rall
The Biblical World, Vol. 53, No. 5 (Sep., 1919), pp. 459-469

Thanks Atlantis......It's quite apparent from this book and other sources that C.T Russell was quite the power seeking opportunist and quite the self-promoting bull shitter too !

It's not all surprising though since he was a professional salesman, he does suit that personal character profile and it shows in most of his work........thanks again.

    Handsome Dan:

Thank you Handsome Dan! You make a very good point. Russell was some piece-of-work, that is for sure!

    Cheers! Atlantis-
