Anyone else read this book? I enjoyed it, as it how I have lived my life sense I left the Witnesses and in many ways, before I left. If you like a good read, pick it up. It is basically about the law of attraction and how thoughts can either create what we wont in life, or bring us what we fear. I think in many ways, as Witnesses, we created our own exit, whether it be conscience or not. I found myself reading this book and going, this makes so much sense. I just thought I would share it, as it was something my spouse and I really like and I thought former Witnesses would feel the same.
A really good book, I highly reccommend it

Insightful! Although, I was wondering what you thought of the book if you read it.

I read it a month or two ago, and really enjoyed it, too. It basically says that what you focus on is what is manifested in your life. I've read several books on creative visualization, too, which is a similar technique to create your own universe. I have to say, however, that it's easier said than done, don't you think? The mind is an amazing thing and we don't fully understand the science behind thought, but we're getting closer to the realization that there is something happening with the thought process other than just a lot of chemical/electrical interaction in the physical brain. Have you read The Science of God by Gerald L. Schroeder? I recommend it highly, too.

I was talking to a friend last week and she told me to read it. I had never heard of it and haven't had a chance to look for it but I think I will.
