I think the bad news has been building for a while, starting with the invention of the internet.

The bad news is this: The older generation of JW's is dying off, while the younger generation thanks to the internet and research, is able to see through the history of false prophecy and absolute control, and is now leaving in droves!

The news is this: everyone is jumping ship, and money is being lost!

All the legal cases coming down on them. Such as child abuse, wrongful death, blood issues,etc. It's no longer about the doctrines per se; it's about life and death issues and this is where legal comes into the picture. Legal will be their downfall. Yes it will take time, however, they cannot hold off on these legal cases coming at them. The Tort of Misrepresentation is still yet to be dealth with.
