Haven't read the 1920 book, but not sure it would even be relevant today. Too much has been learned SINCE then about how the Bible was written and edited, and even more about Biology, Geology, DNA, etc. If someone insisted on creating a dichotomy in which someone had to choose only the Bible and its creation story, or Evolution, I'd say the Bible would lose.

I believe in Creation from God, then things evolved due to climate, etc.
