If I was baptized into another faith as a baby, and never made concerted effort to cancel it ... does that nullify my JW baptism as an adult?
If I was baptized as an infant ...

I was baptised as an infant, Catholic. I had to send a letter to the church disassociating myself from the Catholic religion before I could be baptised JW. It was required to do this.

I was baptized as English Catholic as a baby and never disassociated myself from that baptism. That rule was never enforced in my case ... guess they were really hurry to get me baptized.

They must have been in a hurry. They do demand you write a letter. I refused. Of course, I was not baptised. Thank Goodness. I think (For me) to be baptised into whatever you want should happen when you are a adult. Ready to wipe out you're sins if believe in Christ and promise (REAL HARD) not repeat breaking of the 10 commandments! This is my theory, of course.
