That should nicely take care of this first round of $ettlement$.
They can sell out all they want. But, with the real estate price plunges ahead from all the subprime fallouts, I wonder if they are going to get full price for any of their holdings. Then there's the issue of what happens when they run out of property before they run out of pedophile suits.
I'm sure they had insurance and will make the payments overtime using interest earned to help pay the debt. that is how it is usually done.
