  European Court rules against Georgia’s campaign of terror In a unanimous judgment issued today, the European Court of Human Rights ruled against the government of Georgia for its toleration of religious violence toward Jehovah’s Witnesses. From October 1999 to November 2002, there were 138 violent attacks carried out against Jehovah’s Witnesses and 784 complaints were lodged with the Georgian authorities.

  Will Armenia protect the rights of conscientious objectors? The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) passed a resolution that reaffirms the need for Armenia to comply with its commitments. Of particular interest to some 60 imprisoned young men is the part of the resolution designed to protect the rights of conscientious objectors.

  Jehovah Hands Victory to His People!

  As history shows, the enemies of God have consistently "framed mischief by law" to persecute his people. Again, His enemies have massed together to attack his people, this time using the popular "sexual molestation" charge.

  A number of lawsuits were brought against Jehovah's people -- as an organization and individually -- claiming that certain members had committed heinous crimes that were then covered up. While it is true that some individuals acting as 'wolves in sheep's clothing' did commit such acts, they were dealt with according to the Bible principle "do not even say a greeting to him" -- they were expelled from the congregation. Far from "covered up", many of the individuals charged are now in prison.

  Jehovah's Witnesses applaud the law enforcement community for acting to keep all people safe from such predators, and always act in harmony with the laws of the land to bring these criminals to justice. This is in keeping with the example of their Creator, who is "perfect in justice".

  With Jehovah's blessing, the lawsuits have been resolved. We give all praise to our God for bringing a victorious conclusion to this most recent attack.

  LOL - The press release would probably hail this as a victory because their judgements only ran into the tens of millions verses the hundreds of millions against "Babylon the Great".
