If you would have been there, when Jesus was speaking in Parables and you didn't fully grasp what he meant, would you have told him, to speak clearly so that you could understand him well?
I would have told him, can you be more precise or talk so that I fully understand, or should I leave?
I thought that Jesus did explain his parables to his disciples.

I won't look up the verse, but Jesus told his followers things that they didn't understand, so he asked them if they had a bit of intelligence.
Once a disciple told Jesus to take care of himself and he wouldn't die...lmao

Many things they understood, but many they didn't.
Same thing today, does Jesus's words regarding earthquakes and pestilence and wars point to our days or thousands of years ago?
Christ predicted that Peter would deney him three times before the roster crowed. Did this mean that Peter had no chance not to do this or it wasn't his choice? I can't understand how we can have free will and be told what will happen before it happens.
