WHAT TYPE OF CARDS WERE INTROUCTED IN 1911/1912

    ZWT,DECEMBER 15 1911 page 450 infers that some kind of card woul be introducted for the ministry,at least that what seems to be infered.

    I think you might be referring to a testimony card ( I think that's what they were called). From what I understand, when witnessed first started going door to door they didn't acutally speak. First they would play a recorded message for the householder on a bulky phonograph that they carried around with them. Later they did away with that and handed the householder a card with a printed message for them to read and hand back when finished.

    Must be something else, testimony cards came in in 1933. I don't know what the 1911 thing is.

    BB, I searched wikipedia.org with 1911, card, watchtower, 1877, and 1916. I can't find a reference to what you're talking about. Can you provide the link? (The article "Watchtower Magazine" redirected me to "The Watchtower", which didn't contain the term "card".)
