Is Writing Your New Outlet Since Leaving The Organization?

Interestingly, many former Jehovah’s Witnesses have turned to writing as an
alternative form of communication since leaving the door-to-door ministry.

Admittedly, it is impressive that individuals want to educate themselves in this
capacity. Is the internet your new medium or outlet for writing?

In addition, what future hopes do some of us have regarding the skill of writing?

    Respectfully,

Interesting, and something I hadn't known.

I've loved to write since I was 14. My goal this summer is to write more songs and begin my book.

Once you leave the J-Dubs you have so much energy to assign to many new things like writing. Internet forums provide a nice audience for you to vent with and speak out with.

Writing poems or a book or whatever is a good thing.

I've written a novel based very loosely on my experience as a JW. A package is going to an agent next week.

I'm working on an alternate history/politcal potboiler with religious subtexts.
