Just remember, this did not happen today. It was finally diagonosed today, but the exposure happened several days ago. The fact that only one person has come down with Anthrax is actually a good sign that this is not the start of an epidemic.
Another possible report of a suspicious package mailed to a reporter at the NY Times, a reporter who is expert on biological warfare. So yes, the targets seem to be the media.
