Was this program called "Stockpile"?

It was announced some time ago that the Discovery Channel was going to broadcast a
program about nuclear weapons development during the Cold War.

Is it going to be shown again?

Yes, it was called Stockpile. It was a two-parter. Check Discovery channel online to see when it will air again. Most cable progs air more than once.

It was very "educational".
