I'm 48 now.....I don't need any help telling me what needs to be fixed. I see it in the mirror every day.
But you know what? I am comfortable with myself. I've earned my stripes and I don't want to look like a perfect teenager anymore.

I went through a lot of them. The problem with it is that there are a lot of procedures that they should've listed but they didn't. Very few people under the age of 60 need a surgical face lift, but there were several different selections of face lift, neck lift, brow lift, etc. A lot of those people would do great with minimally invasive things like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc. No matter, though. As PEC said, who wants a bunch of know-it-alls on the internet critiqueing their face?

Sounds like a depressing idea. I think most people know what could be improved upon. Youth and looks just don't last forever.
People are way too obscessed with looks and not enough impressed with good character.
