Abaddon (Hebrew ????? Avadon, meaning "destruction"). In Biblical poetry (Job 26:6; Proverbs 15:11), it comes to mean "place of destruction", or the realm of the dead, and is associated with Sheol. Abaddon is also one of the compartments of Gehenna.[1]

its taught in the revelation book in chapter 22 and its not changed with the latest change-script.
the revelation book is studied by jw worldwide atm.
its a nice thing to think about. another thing the jw teach without any backup.
"Apollyon" was known to the early christians as the devil and why would john name jesus with the name of the devil. doesnt make sense.
of course its required for jw logic that "Apollyon" is jesus.
maybe thats a hint whos REALLY behind the jw theology.
