From a forthcoming Watchtower article:
12. Some opposers claim that the unity among Jehovah's Witnesses is enforced and that there is no room for the exercising of individual consciences in God's organization. But is that really so? Far from it! Just consider the delightful variety that exists in the congregation. One brother may choose to wear a white shirt while delivering a Bible-based discourse, yet another prefers blue. Some sisters clean their houses each morning upon rising, while others do their chores later, after field service and food shopping.
13. Even young folks can express their individual personalities. Nathan, a five-year-old unbaptized publisher in Canada, says: "It is my desire to serve Jehovah at Bethel when I have achieved greater spiritual maturity." With loving parental guidance, his older sister Michelle has set the goal of pioneering when she turns 16. Among honesthearted observers, there can be no doubt: "Where the spirit of Jehovah is, there is freedom." (2 Corinthians 3:17)
