As i have heard they had to pay really much cash to those who sued them "silent lamb". So my question is, are there any other individuals or groups who are about to sue JV? and if so could that cause jv to go bankrupt. Kindly TNS
Does JV risk bankruptcy?

I guess by JV you mean JW's. I'm betting that the settlement pays money over a period of time after an initial lump sum payment. That is usually how large settlements are paid. That way the organization can use interest from investments to pay off the debt. I don't know what if any insurance that the WTS carried, but if they did then the insurance company will also make payments over time. The WTS is not talking about bankruptcy like the Catholic Church diocese have so I think their exposure on these items was minimal and they can easily manage the settlement.
The big question is has the WTS changed it's policy regarding reported child sex abuse otherwise in a few years they will be back in court with new civil charges.

I only wish they would loose everything, but they probably have enough money to settle every case until the great tribulation.

Just an opinion- no chance.
What did they pay- tens of millions??? They sold 360 for $300M- and they didn't really need that money. Never overestimate the cost of free labor.

Sorry 5go, i am from sweden ;). Anyway what about if FBI requisite there database of paedophiles, wouldn't most of those in that database be able to sue them?

I don't think the FBI could get their database because it is protected by the confessional seal, or whatever the jws call it. Because it was confessed to them in their role as "Gods Rep's".
