I want to vote for KOS-MOS, but I really like Rei too. So it's a tuff one for me to decide.
I would not want to be near either of them when they are pissed. Though, I do not think KOS-MOS can feel the emotion needed to be pissed off, but she did kill several people in cold blood in the series.
Rei is cool. I don't know the other one. How about one with Major Kusanagi. She'll whoop anyones' back side!
