At least 1 hour per month, to be considered regular when I left 3 years ago. They allowed 15 minute increments for some in the congregation who are disabled or sick, or whatever, also.

rHodge - is right on. Still true. 1 hour for most, 15 minutes for elderly or infirm.

To be "regular": 1 hour for most or 15 minutes for those who are unable to get a full hour for health reasons.
To be acceptable to the majority of the congregation: 10 hours. They like the average to be up there.
To be in line for the Paradise: All your time, and then some. No amount is ever good enough for this. Most months have either 720 or 744 hours; February has either 672 or 696, depending on leap year or not.
