Not that I know of Yeru .. but a few have had their lights punched out! ;)
Most JWs are far too integrated into the cult machinery when the sheep hits the fan to even think of taking legal action (one must never sue a bro youknow) It's usually only later, once ones head clears, that the angry period arrives (often years after the judicial commitee has done it's cowardly hatchet job and one has largly moved on with ones life :(
