Forgive me if it isn't but i've felt too rough to post here lately so may have missed it. Hubby hasn't been to meetings for ages, he's fading. Anyway his mother rang him up and said that his elder step father wanted to know how he felt about the sign i have on our door which says no religious callers ( obviously trying to catch him out). Anyway she said that they needed to know how he felt because if he wanted to go to meetings he has to sign his name to the list on the door?!He didn't ask her anymore about it but it sounds odd to me as if only those with their name on the list are allowed in, has anyone come across this anywhere else at all, only it sounds a bit strange, like they are discouraging any but 'true'' jws. I can't think she made it up. Ever heard of this?

Sounds like somebody somewhere misunderstood what was being said. A list of the names of people allowed in a Kingdom Hall makes absolutely no sense.

well i have to admit i've never heard anthing like it before, but i thought that if it was true, you guys would know know about it lol!Maybe hubbys on their most wanted list and they want to cross him off lol!

If this really existed surely we would have known about it here on JWD. So she either made it up or misunderstood something that was said.
