    Witness Inc had a free video (cd) for child custody and helps lawyers to understand the jw's. Duane Magnini (sp?) is very helpful at Witness Inc and he has a list from most states with attorney's that are familiar with jw's.

    If a non-custodial and the custodial parent have joint legal custody that would entitle both of them to be present at any meeting involving the children...church, school, legal, etc.
