  Is this old? It says they have "just heard".....

  Brownstoner.com has just heard that real estate investment fund Glory Capital has purchased a 42-unit apartment building at 6-10 Clark St. in Brooklyn Heights from the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. A correspondent notes the opportunity presented there: “A whole building delivered empty in Brooklyn Heights!”

  Brownstoner is asking what the property sold for: The answer, as reported in the Brooklyn Eagle on June 1, is $12.5 million.
